Joanna is results-driven associate attorney in the Transactional Department at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess where her practice focuses on corporate governance, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate finance. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and is a transplant from sunny Southern California.

During law school, she was a member of the University’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she assisted clients with early-stage corporate and trademark matters.

In her free time, Joanna loves hiking with her corgi, skydiving, and cheering for the Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken, and Sounders.
