Chrystina Solum’s practice focuses mainly on employer-side employment advising and litigation. Chrystina’s employment law practice includes representing employers in disputes before regulatory agencies and in litigation. Chrystina also advises employers on preventative matters, such as drafting employee handbooks; drafting employment, non-competition, and separation agreements; advising on hiring and terminations, wage and hour issues, protected leave rights, and disability accommodations; providing training; and developing best management practices. Chrystina’s practice also includes appellate advocacy, real estate disputes, trust and estate disputes, business disputes, and contract matters. Prior to joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, PLLC, Chrystina was a partner at Ledger Square Law, P.S.
