Bethany practices in the firm’s civil litigation and transactional departments. Her practice centers around employment law. Her employment law practice includes preventative counseling and training and drafting employment handbooks, policies and executive employment agreements. She also represents employers in disputes with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor & Industries and other state and federal agencies. When she’s not in the office, Bethany enjoys exploring new places, cultures, and food with her spouse and dogs when she isn’t cheering on the Kraken at the Climate Pledge Arena.
