Jessica practices in the firm’s civil litigation department. Her practice centers around real estate disputes, construction defect, and general business law. She represents companies and individuals, both on the plaintiffs and defense side, with resolving matters regarding property disputes, land use, construction, as well as contract, employment, and corporate governance issues. She is adept at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues on both sides, leading to more practical, efficient and cost-effective litigation.
During her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and fluffy Samoyed at their home in Kingston, Washington, which includes a lot of cooking, reading, gardening, and local outdoor activities like going to the beach and hiking nearby trails. She also loves to ski, kayak, and backpack.
