Andrew is the head of our Transactional Department and focuses his practice on corporate governance, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate finance. He graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and Washington State.

Prior to joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, PLLC, Andrew practiced law in Hawaii where he serviced a variety of individual and institutional clients, involving matters ranging from simple small business transactions to international private equity funds. Andrew has started a number of his own businesses, and worked as a financial analyst and securities broker prior to becoming an attorney. Given his diverse skill set, he possesses the ability to analyze matters from different perspectives. Andrew prides himself on establishing relationships with clients and understanding their needs as business people and human beings.

In his free time, Andrew loves spending with his wife and son, taking trips back to his hometown of Honolulu, and visiting his mom and sister.
