Kevin Hayes has worked as a civil litigator since 2015. He has experience representing clients in a variety of judicial and administrative settings through all stages of litigation in cases involving employment, professional licensing, contract, construction, personal injury, and real estate matters. He also has experience advising clients—from large and small business leaders to employees—on employment, contract, and business transactional matters. His practice currently focuses on real estate and other litigation.

Kevin graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served on the Ninth Circuit Review subcommittee of the Environmental Law Review editorial board. Prior to law school, Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a double major in Philosophy and Sociology.

Kevin often spends his weekends with his fiancé finding new dog friendly hiking trails to try to tire out his two high-energy dogs, one a German Shephard mix and the other an Alaskan Malamute.
